1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using the QRSolutions platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

QRSolutions provides tools for creating, managing, and tracking dynamic QR codes. A printed QR code never expires by time — it keeps redirecting on every plan, including Free. Tiers differ by how many codes you can create and which QR types and features are included, not by any validity period:

Free (no subscription): up to 3 dynamic QR codes; basic types (URL, text, vCard); basic scan analytics; PNG export.
Starter: up to 25 dynamic QR codes; adds more types (WiFi, Email, SMS, Phone, Location, Spotify); full scan analytics; custom colours and logo, plus SVG export.
Basic: up to 200 dynamic QR codes; all QR types including File-share; bulk generation; folders and smart rules; and 100 MB of file storage.
Pro: unlimited dynamic QR codes; everything in Basic plus contact forms, content (PIN) gating, teams and roles, activity email alerts, outbound webhooks, the public API, and 1 GB of file storage.

3. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@qr-solutions.online of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscription plans and payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. and are subject to Mollie's terms of service. All prices shown to consumers include VAT.

Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because this is a digital service made available immediately, at checkout we ask you to expressly agree to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been supplied. If you do not give that consent, you may withdraw within 14 days.

5. Code longevity and plan changes

Your QR codes do not expire by time, and a plan change never switches them off. If you downgrade — or your subscription lapses to Free — and you then hold more codes than your new plan allows, or codes of a type your new plan does not include, those codes are frozen: they keep working exactly as you left them and their scans are still recorded, but you cannot edit them or see their statistics until they fit your plan again. Frozen codes are never deleted because of a plan change. When you upgrade, or make room by deleting other codes, they are unfrozen, newest first.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious content.
Engage in spam campaigns or unsolicited communications.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Just-Solutions and is protected by Dutch and international intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the content you encode in your QR codes. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Just-Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
